Challange:

Users needed too many clicks to reach Add to Cart due to complex product specs (pressure, fittings, compatibility). This slowed down checkout and increased drop-offs

RESULTS:

Reduced cart abandonment by 18%, raised returning customers by 12%, and improved checkout completion by 14%. 71% of products now fit a 3-click flow
